Ultrafiltration

Ultrafiltration is a membrane-based filtration technology that is technically efficient in removing pathogens and most viruses and bacteria. It can be used as a pre-treatment or in current recovery processes.

Reverse Osmosis

Reverse Osmosis is a water purification technology based on semi-permeable membranes. This process has been widely used in the separation and concentration (recovery) of solutes in several areas.

Dosing Systems

The automatic dosing of a reagent is carried out proportionally to the process flow where the injection is made. This is achieved by reading the flow rate by a flow meter or volumetric water meter with electrical impulse emitter.

Multimedia Filtration

Multimedia Filtration consists of removing turbidity, undesirable odours, taste and colour from water, by passing it through a filtering medium made up of different components. The filtering bed may consist of sand of different granulometry, granulated activated carbon, remineralizing agent or catalytic compounds, depending on the characteristics of the raw water.

Activated Carbon Filtration

Activated Carbon Filtration consists of removing the active agent from the disinfecting agent, the filtering medium being made up of several layers.

Softening Systems

Decalcification allows the removal of water hardness, caused by calcium and magnesium salts, by ion exchange in the sodium (salt) cycle. This technology is widely used both in terms of private customers and on an industrial level.

Demineralization

Demineralization is a technology that removes almost all the salinity from the water, through ion exchange with cationic and anionic resin layers, in different stages, and/or simultaneously, in a single phase, in a mixed layer.

Continuous Electrodeionization

The electrodeionization system (CEDI) allows the removal of dissolved salts, usually after a reverse osmosis system, giving the water a final polish.

Pumping Systems

Pumps are used to transport fluids by converting the kinetic energy of rotation to the hydrodynamic energy of the fluid flow.

Process Digitalization

The use of tools for scanning processes guarantees converting the data generated by the sensors into quality information available in real time for the maintenance and management teams. Using modern artificial intelligence technologies, predictive models are built capable of anticipating the systems behaviour, correct possible deviations and ensure operational continuity.
