Ultrafiltration is a pressure-driven purification process in which water is forced through a semipermeable membrane, retaining most of suspended solids and high-molecular-weight solutes present in the water. It's mostly used in RO pretreatment, river and ground water recoveries, terciary treatment and industrial purification/recovery process.
Enkrott's MX UF systems are inside-to-outside technology, have a nominal pore size of 0,02 µm and can operate with a maximum pressure of 5 bar. The membranes are made of PESM and applied to waters not to heavy/dirty. Our systems can either be applied in dead end or cross flow filtration and are designed to achieve the most efficient and reliable operating conditions, totally customized to your water.
