Colberge developed the Kdil series for continuous systems of chemical dilution, to reduce the prepared concentrations of chemical in the injection process.
Complete systems built to diluting raw chemical with a solvent in-line mode and adjustable variable concentrations. Its range extends up to 20 000 l/h.
The water flowmeter with display, installed in the panel, allows the operator to visualize the continuous passage volume, to be able to adjust manually the volume of the prepared chemical and get thus, minors concentrations of the solution.
The system has a multi frequency output for information in the control panel and relay of alarm.
The feeding is made through a connection to a PVC accessory, having its volume regulated by a brass valve, to get a product proportionality, with the manometer unit we can have the information of the passage pressure where the dosage pressure of the product to dilute will have to be superior.
The electro valve will actuate externally by 24 VDC to allow the passage of the solvent serving as an indicator unit.
Two valves anti-return are used in PVC, to prevent the product to diluted make the contrary direction of preparation, also protecting the water ow meter and other accessories, on the other hand it prevents the water entrance in the product tank, guarantying thus one correct dilution of the products.
The outlet of the diluted product, is made by a PVC accessory of dimension equivalent to the feeding one.
