Description

The series CLOS XL is a Chlorine Dioxide generator with the Sodium Chlorite / Hydrochloric Acid generation process.
The reaction, acting on excess acid, is provided by the dosage of diluted chemical products in a 1:1 ratio. With this system, the Chlorine Dioxide generated in the reactor at a concentration of 20 g/L is immediately diluted by the water cycle.
It is a standalone unit for large capacities with all parts fully installed and tested in final applications to facilitate assembly and commissioning.

For safety reasons, when the water dilution cycle indicated by the meter displayed on the screen is greater than the minimum and the level of the two chemical reagent tanks is detected, the system is ready to operate. The pumps, with a short delay, start injecting 7.5% Sodium Chlorite and 9% Hydrochloric Acid into the reactor.
Flow detectors confirm actual visual information via the green LED on the panel display. When no chemical flow is detected, the security system stops and the LEDs turn red.
The production of chlorine dioxide depends on the dosage mode selected by the user.
At any time, it is possible to check the list of alarms, available in the Alarms menu.
